Hi, I am Nicole Atchley and I aim to bring out the best version of each person, so that they may get the best out of their careers. I emphasize on assisting clients to achieve their personal and professional goals while improving their competence, capabilities, and of life. By exploring and understanding what motivates each person individually, I am able to lead them down a path that brings out their most productive selves.
I have 19 years of military and civilian experience, working with people from all over the country. Throughout the years I have successfully managed to get people to place where they begin to tap into their greatest potential. My passion is people, whether it is working with incarcerated people, at-risk youth or military personal I want people to see and capitalize on their greatest potential. With my almost 2 decades of experience in human capital and a Masters in Industrial- Organizational Psychology I hope to lend my expertise and experience to as many people I can reach.
